"There is another aspect of their work, which is their central belief in passing on their knowledge and professional development technology to their client systems, so that clients do not have to remain dependent on outside skills. As an example, they trained and coached several members of the LRC to serve as Learning Coaches in several of these programmes. Not only did this mean that we learned useful skills but we also saved money. I have also personally attended several of their internal learning coach certification programs and have a good understanding of the rigor of their learning coach certification program."
